The room was absolutely amazing! The bed was so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The power shower was fantastic and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. But if I had to nitpick, I guess I would say that the decor was a little outdated.

The location is perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and there's even an eating place right next door. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities and there's even disabled access available. The shower pressure is decent, ensuring a refreshing start to the day. The best part is the free breakfast for children, a bonus that we really appreciated. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.
All was fine.

When you're in the area, check out Dobbies Coffee to Go for a great cup of tea or coffee; the room is reasonably priced and worth it.

Best aspects of my city trip stay: I had a fantastic city trip experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Edinburgh bypass. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and also visit nearby attractions. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The accessible room I stayed in was well-presented and had all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The bathroom, in particular, was well-equipped with grab rails and a power shower, ensuring both safety and convenience.
Worst aspects of my city trip stay: Although my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues.

I recently stayed at a hotel just outside of Edinburgh and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The restaurant manager, Lorraine, was especially welcoming and provided excellent service. The breakfast selection was great and there was plenty of choice. The hotel's location was convenient, with a park and ride nearby offering easy access to Edinburgh for just £1.60 return. I also had the opportunity to visit the Royal Yacht Britannia, which was a fantastic experience and only a short bus ride away. The Premier Inn itself was lovely and quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was cleaned to a high standard each day, making for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the outskirts of Edinburgh. The location was perfect for the party my partner and I attended, as it was very close by. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently situated near grocery stores, restaurants, and popular tourist locations such as Edinburgh Castle. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and the basic amenities in the room, although not extravagant, were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered was filling, varied, and cooked to perfection in their kitchen. the quality of this hotel was on par with what I have come to expect from a well-known chain.
No improvements needed - all was just as expected.

Located a little outside the city, this Premier Inn offers a peaceful retreat close to everything you need. The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The cooked-to-order breakfast is delicious and a great start to the day. With a park and ride nearby, exploring Edinburgh is easy and affordable.
The hotel's location near electricity pylons can result in poor reception for some guests.
